Standard conveyor belt steam cleaning system with stainless steel structure, for flat conveyor belts.
- AISI 304 stainless-steel structure
- The belt cleaning head is fixed to the conveyor structure with bolts and can be adjusted with cranks
- Two possible installations, on the lower or upper part of the belt

With this installation the belt can be cleaned during the production cycle, which saves cost and cleaning time.
The belt cleaning tool comes with an electrical control box that manages all functions of the steam generator and the cleaning head.
It works with electric steam generators from 8.4 kW to 39 kW, with a stainless-steel body and boiler and a turbine vacuum.
