Steam cleaning in wineries is very popular, as it saves large quantities of water for cleaning barrels, stainless steel tanks and bottling lines. Steam cleaning is an environmentally friendly cleaning method that does not rely on chemicals, but rather uses the high steam temperature to kill bacteria through thermal shock.

Steam cleaner with stainless-steel body and boiler, able to deliver dry saturated steam at 165°C. Water is supplied from the mains only. All functions are managed from the electronic control panel. This model works only with the Bacchus food-grade silicone hose.
